Savanniahs are getting pretty excited to see our town on the big screen soon! The trailer for The Last Song has officially been released. Check out the music video for the movie that was filmed here as well. Very pretty!

If you have read Nicholas Sparks' The Last Song you'll know that it takes place on the coast of North Carolina. However, a new tax incentive help bring the filming to Savannah. It seems to be working in Savannah's favor as we have another movie, The Conspirator, in production as well.

The Conspirator is being directed by Robert Redford and stars James McAvoy, Robin Wright Penn (filming her second movie in Savannah), Tom Wilkinson, Justin Long, Evan Rachel Wood, Kevin Kline and Alexis Bledel.Savannah Morning News covers the movie pretty frequently.You can see some of the coverage here.
